简单的讲 NetScaler Insight 能做到的是使用业内的专业协议 AppFlow 来监控所有经过 NetScaler 设备的流量。它是一个虚机，能够接收来自多个 NetScaler 的监控数据，实际上在 NetScaler 上打开了 Insight 功能后，它会对 ICA 协议做必要的拆包和封包动作，这样就能够更加详细的看到用户会话的详细信息，能够实时的了解到用户的体验，从而为主动的问题解决和排错打下了好的基础。注意：这个动作只有 NetScaler 设备能做哦！其它厂商看不到 ICA 会话参数。它有两个模块：1)ICA HDX insight ; 2) Web insight；这两个模块能够基本上把所有过 NetScaler 设备的流量截获、分析和报表；未来能够和 XD/XA 的管理工具做直接集成。并且它也能够把分析数据发给其它第三方支持 AppFlow 分析的系统，例如 splunkd 等。
