		<description>Hey! that&#039;s a really useful thing to do, thanks a lot. I remember trying to install OTRS a while back and giving up because of dependencies or the complexity of it. And my purpose was just to evaluate. At the end we went with something else because we could not event evaluate the software. OSS investment starts at the evaluation part, projects who have hard to install products lose a lot of potential prospects. Well thank you!</description>
