发送告警短信的方法，德国工艺服了

在OpenNMS的邮件组中偶然发现的这个解决方案，利用这个方案你可以用串口连接外置的GSM modem来发送短信。

这个方案的名称叫做：SMS Server Tools 网址在－> http://www.meinemullemaus.de/smstools/index.html

据说是可以运行在任何平台上，能支持很多设备，不过我没用试过，记录一下日后可能有用。
