    你好，我安装了 ocs-ng ，使用ＯＣＳ－ＮＧ　收集到客户端的软件信息，但是软件名称是中文的就显示乱码，请问这是怎么回事，ＯＣＳ－ＮＧ　不支持中文吗？

    我的软件部分省略了，想想为啥啊？哈哈，其实我也遇到相同的问题。我想可以从两个方面考虑，不过我也没有试过：1）修改一下apache的配置文件，把语言的编码设成中文；2）把数据库改成UTF-8。如果这两个方法都不行，那么就可能是ocsng代理的问题了。验证方法也很简单，运行一下扫描收集的命令，把扫描的结果输出成一个文件，打开文件看看。

    我在客户端用代理程序命令：ocsinventory.exe /xml /local 生成的ＸＭＬ文件中都是显示的乱码，看来 OCSNG 不支持中文呀

    我不太清楚你说的分组的含义，不过我猜是不是可以通过它的报表来吧不同类型的计算机做查询来管理。如果你觉得这个功能还不够的话，可能需要在gpli中做进一步管理，glpi中还可以给每一个计算机增加几个属性。

    我的意思是这样的，可不可以将收集到 inventory　按照部门进行分组，如财务部电脑的 inventory　就放在财务部组里，人事部的 inventory　就放在人事部组里．不过，我在 ocs inventory ng 里好像没有看到可以在哪里新建组的设置．

    我觉得你需要用GLPI了。
    OCSNG只是一个资产收集器，它收集的数据是分组的依据。
    在GLPI中可以加入附加的字段，部门、位置等逻辑信息。不过好像没看到批量添加这种属性的地方。你找到的话麻烦也告诉我一下。谢谢！

    如何在GLPI中配置导入ocsng的数据
    Now go to GLPI administration→setup→general setup and set activate ocsng to yes. Then, go to administration→setup→OCSNG mode The settings for the db should be ok, all you have to do is to configure which informations must be imported from OCS. Then, apply your settings

    Now go to tools→OCSNG, here you can import new computers, or synchonize already imported computers.

    关于OCSNG支持中文的问题我查了一下它的roadmap，unicode已经在roadmap里了，但现在还没确切的时间，但愿09年他们能搞出来。BS一下这帮老外，全球化的东西居然一开始设计不上unicode。

    我OCSNG和GLPI的最新版都在opensuse11上跑通了，里面出现的技术问题主要集中在apache2的配置上面，不知道为什么默认的./conf.d/*.conf就是不行，所以我干脆就cat ./conf.d/.conf >> ./httpd.conf，搞定。

    现在开始系统学习ITIL（就是看那5本英文book），English不是很好，有点慢。等我有啥问题了再来向博主请教，这里先谢过了。
